How to create a new Line or series of contiguous lines:

  1. Click on Draw > Line on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter LINE in the command window.
  2. Specify the start point.
  3. Specify the end point.
  4. Repeat step 3 to draw more connected lines.
  5. Press Enter to end the command.


How to create a new Line or series of individual line segments:

  1. Click on Draw > Line on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter LINE in the command window.
  2. Enter Segments in the command window.
  3. Specify the start point.
  4. Specify the end point.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to draw more lines.
  6. Press Enter to end the command.


How to undo the creation of a Line segment:

  • Enter the Undo in the command window.


How to close the Line:

  • Enter Close in the command window.
