Drawing an Arc
How to create an Arc with three points:
- Click on Draw > Arc 3P
on the Ribbon.
or
- Enter ARC in the command window.
- Specify the start point.
- Specify a through point.
- Specify the end point.
This is how you create an Arc, specifying the center and starting point:
- Click on Draw > Arc CS
on the Ribbon, to open the submenu. - Select one of the following options from the submenu:
Center - Start - End: Specify the center, start and end point one after the other.
Center - Start - Angle: Specify the center, starting point and included angle one after the other.
Center - Start - Length: Specify the center, starting point and arc length one after the other.
How to create an Arc by specifying the start and end point:
- Click on Draw > Arc SE
on the Ribbon, to open the submenu. - Select one of the following options from the submenu:
Start - End - Angle: Specify the start point, end point and included angle one after the other.
Start - End - Direction: Specify the starting point, the end point and the tangential direction from the starting point one after the other.
Start - End - Radius: Specify the start point, the end point and the radius of the arc one after the other.
