Use the ViewMan command to save, delete or restore views.


This is how you open the Views Manager:

  1. Click on View > View Manager on the Ribbon

or

  1. Enter VIEWMAN in the command window.


How to save a view:

  1. Go to the Views Manager.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Enter a name for the view.
  4. Click "Ok" twice to complete the command.


How to restore a view:

  1. Go to the Views Manager.
  2. Select the view that you want to restore.
  3. Click on "Ok" to complete the command.


How to delete a view:

  1. Go to the Views Manager.
  2. Select the view that you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete button.
  4. Click on "Ok" to complete the command.
