How to create an open Spline:

  1. Click on Draw > Spline on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter SPLINE in the command window.
  2. Specify a start point.
  3. Specify the next fit point of the spline.
  4. Repeat step 3 until you have defined all fit points.
  5. Press the Enter key to complete the input of the fit points.
  6. Define the start tangent of the spline.
  7. Define the end tangent of the spline.


How to create a closed Spline:

  1. Click on Draw > Spline on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter ELLIPSE in the command window.
  2. Specify a start point.
  3. Specify the next fit point of the spline.
  4. Repeat step 3 until you have defined all fit points.
  5. Enter Close in the command window.
  6. Define the start/end tangent of the spline.
