You can use the Rotate command to rotate drawing elements around a base point.


To rotate drawing elements:

  1. Click on Modify > Rotate on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter ROTATE in the command window.
  2. Select one or more drawing elements in the graphics area.
  3. Press Enter to complete your selection.
  4. Define the base point for the rotation in the graphics area.
  5. Enter a numeric value for the rotation angle in the command window.


How to rotate drawing elements by specifying a reference angle:

  1. Click on Modify > Rotate on the Ribbon.

or

  1. Enter ROTATE in the command window.
  2. Select one or more drawing elements in the graphics area.
  3. Press Enter to complete your selection.
  4. Define the base point for the rotation in the graphics area.
  5. Enter Reference in the command window.
  6. Enter a numeric value for the reference angle in the command window.
  7. Enter a numeric value for the rotation angle in the command window.
